Hereโ€™s everything Iโ€™ve learnt about softmaxxing compiled into a simple checklist so you can add it into your daily routine

Itโ€™s seperated into different sections.

โ˜ You have a medium to long haircut that hides your flaws and accentuates your good sides

โ˜ (Optional) You wash your hair with egg yolks, along with your normal water rinse

โ˜ (Optional) You massage your scalp

โ˜ You let your hair air dry or only scrunch it carefully

โ˜ You use a silk pillowcase

โ˜ You avoid touching your hair

โ˜ If you style your hair, you only use wide tooth comber and natural products (eg based bodyworks)

โ˜ You have either a clean shave or light stubble depending on what fits your phenotype

โ˜ (Optional) You have dyed your hair darker

โ˜ You have a shower filter

โ˜ You are combatting a recedeing hairline if itโ€™s the case for you

โ†ณ If you are receding then make sure you have a shower filter, eating raw royal jelly, prioritisng raw meat and raw animal fats, applying raw bone marrow to scalp, avoiding heavy metals, applying minoxidil 5% along with dermastamping, (optional) RU58841 100mg topically

โ˜ (Optional, kinda gay imo) You use a waterline pen to make your medial canthus more visible

โ˜ Your sclera is white (will happen naturally thru health, if not get Lumify eyedrops

โ˜ You use a 0.75mm dermapen for your eyebrows

โ˜ (Optional) You use minoxidil 2x a day on your eyebrows

โ˜ You use the Ordinary Serum on your eyelashes and eyebrows

โ˜ If neccesary, youโ€™ve tinted your lashes black and used black dye on eyebrows

โ˜ You groom them so theyโ€™re flat, start paralell to nostrils and end by the start of cheeckbones

โ˜ You curl your eyelashes

โ˜ You follow the diet (in health section)

โ˜ You get 2+ hours sun daily

โ˜ You avoid touching your skin

โ˜ You use beef tallow as a moisturiser if necessary

โ˜ You brush your skin w a toothbrush that has natural bristles

โ˜ You use a silk pillowcase (and change bedding 1x week)

โ˜ (Optional) you dermastamp your skin

โ˜ (Could be cope) you do a myofacsial massage

โ˜ You follow the 4 beauty quadrants

โ†ณ Mewing 24/7, nose breathing 24/7, perfect posture (chin up shoulders back, straight back) 24/7, chew and swallow correctly (use your tounge to swallow, chew 45x at premolars equally on both sides)

โ˜ If nessecary, you use an MSE with a facepuller (may not work, may do, idk). A mouth widening applience can also help if you have a narrow mouth

โ˜ You train neck, and muscles in the hyoid region to potentially lift hyoid up

โ†ณ Exercises to train the supahyoid muscles include chin tucks and opening your jaw, then holding it down before bringing it up and repeating

โ˜ Your masseters are properly developed based if they are high or low set. You will benefit most from training your masseters if they are high set. Train them just by chewing raw meat thouroughly, or alternatively mastic gum for 5-10 minutes a day

โ˜ You do stuff to debloat

โ†ณ Having a 3:1 potassium-sodium ratio, sleeping with head elevated, drinking enough water, chewing slowly (45x bites), walking after meals, lymphatic massages and icing your face

โ˜ You do the basics like brushing your teeth 2x a day, brushing your tounge, flossing, annual cleanings

โ˜ You use something like custom trays, proffesional whitening treatments or whitening strips to whiten your teeth

โ˜ You avoid foods that stain teeth (only eat optimal foods), and rinse your mouth after eating acidic foods to protect enamel

โ˜ You use a natural, fluoride-free toothpaste

โ˜ You microneedle your lips every second week with 0.5mm

โ˜ Your teeth are straight, though braces can recess you

โ˜ You brush your lips in the morning for a temporary โ€˜plumpโ€™ effect

โ˜ You get good iron from beef in your diet, or if not you use a pomnegrate tinted lip balm

โ˜ You train FBEOD 3x a week (max 1h sessions) using a science-based workout routine that prioritises aesthetic muscles along with dumbell pullovers for ribcage expansion

โ˜ You get minimum 10k steps a day

โ˜ When training, you rest 3 minutes, train to 0-1 rir in the 6-8 range and control the eccentirc. Most importantly your progressive overload (add 1 rep each week)

โ˜ Wonโ€™t really help for looks except for maybe posture, but you do movement/mobility drills

โ˜ Although it isnโ€™t optimal for health or development, if physique is your main goal then having 10-30g of carbs from fruit pre-workout is gonna be really helpful

โ˜ You avoid endurance activities, sprinting can be good to reduce visceral fat and improve cardiovascular health but is gonna be negative in development as it just stresses you out and the gh/test is just used to heal

โ˜ ou are between 9-15% body fat, which will most likely happen naturally through eating the optimal diet until you are satisfied

Closed growth-plate heightmaxxing:

โ˜ You use tall shoes or shoelifts to fraud 1-2 inches of height

โ˜ You wear monochrome fits and a chain to potentially appear taller

โ˜ (Optional) You stretch to help posture

โ†ณ Neck circles, chest stretch, dead hangs, cat stretch, cobra stretch, toe touches are effective for posture, do for 3x30s

โ˜ You stand up straight with shoulders back, chin up (posture), and avoid sitting for more than 4 hours a day

โ˜ You decompress your spinw by doing deadhangs and taking 1500mg glucosamine and 1200mg chondroitin daily (donโ€™t take the supplements if you are still growing)

In development heightmaxxing:

โ˜ Drinking at least 1-2L of A2 raw milk a day

โ˜ Drinking raw colustrum

โ˜ Eat until you are full, maybe even a bit past that

โ˜ You eat carbs post workout

โ˜ You eat the optimal diet and have around 2 meals per day (so you get big insulin spike from protein)

โ†ณ Raw meat, raw organs, raw eggs, raw wild-caught seafood, raw blood, raw animal fat, raw kefir, some raw A2 cheese maybe, bone broth, seasonal fruits & honey

โ†ณ You donโ€™t really need supplements, but โ‰ˆ1500mg taurine daily for vitality and osmolite regulations, โ‰ˆ2000mg potassium citrate to debloat (only necessary whenย you feel bloated tbh, vitamin D3+K2 (mk4) supplement for bones, cod liver oil, and magnesium if youโ€™re not eating bonebroth, LMNT electrolytes

โ˜ You avoid bad habits like drugs, a screen time over 3 hours, alcohol and nicotine, gooning (just have sex instead), any content consumption and any other thing that doesnโ€™t fit on a dopamine detox

โ˜ You live a cortisol free life, just be happy.

โ˜ You are in competitive situations where you win (boosts test)

โ˜ You socialise daily, and speak to 2 girls that you hold eye contact with and flirt if you want to, experience human touch, Have open body language

โ˜ You sleep over 9 hours (always allocate 1 hour more in bed than you plan on sleeping)

โ˜ You detox heavy metals and shit

โ˜ You avoid EMFs and artifical light

โ˜ You avoid estrogenics
